Who dat? ‘Tis me, Jasso (how pathetic it is to talk to myself). For those of you that are privately cracking jokes in your head about my name, it’s not my real name– haa! I was born in New Jersey as Jas Sotters. I know, I know… that’s probably even worse, so we’ll stick with my cool hybrid nombre of Jasso.

From early on, Jersey had become history for me. I grew up in Frisco and somewhere along the line found a career as a Software Engineer (what a surprise). Fulfilling as it was, one day last month, I decided that I had had enough of work and simply dropped out of the Silicon Valley circle and headed southbound. So now here I am living the good life in Santa Monica. No career, no future. But having just turned 30, my only desires are to build a successful media company in Los Angeles, and have wild parties at night. But for now, I’ve got no clue as to where I should start off.

In the next months to come, I will be blogging my maiden experiences as a newcomer in Los Angeles. Enjoy!
